Aaron Goldmuntz has spent the past ten years focused on the convergence of medical and information technology, with a particular interest in wireless medicine.
Mr. Goldmuntz is the Director of Business Development for CardioNet, Inc., a healthcare technology company providing wireless ambulatory cardiac arrhythmia monitoring. CardioNet became a public company in March of 2008. He is focused on guiding CardioNet’s continued technology innovation and market expansion opportunities.
Prior to joining CardioNet, Mr. Goldmuntz was a Business Development Manager at Guidant Corporation in Cardiac Rhythm Management. He focused on applications of the LATITUDE Patient Management system, which uses wireless technology to monitor implanted cardiac devices combined with heart failure management.
He has worked as a healthcare management consultant, helping improve profitability for acute care institutions. He was also the founder of CollectiveMed.com, an online resource of mobile device software for healthcare professionals.
Mr. Goldmuntz received his B.A. in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado, his M.H.S.A from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and his M.B.A from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
