Jad Duncan -
Business & Design Consultant
Jad Duncan leads the business administration services for Goldfish Consulting Inc. He specializes in company formation, accounting, and contracts. Jad’s career began in downtown La Jolla, California where he worked as a stock broker and investment banker. He then relocated up to Torrey Pines where he began his 10-year career managing government contracts and purchasing for General Atomics.
In 2000, he started a small business with three technical colleagues who specialized in software engineering. While they developed the technologies, Jad managed all other aspects of the business including contracting, payroll, accounting, and HR. They grew the company to over 50 employees and $15M annual revenue in under 7 years. As part of his exit strategy, he left when the company achieved a desired size. He is retained to routinely consult as part of his exit agreement.
Jad is regarded as knowledgeable, creative, and efficient. When he is not consulting he can be found on the race track racing Porsches. He is a member of the Porsche Club of America where he’s held the leadership position of Chief Driving Instructor, Chief Time Trial Driving Instructor, and Corner Worker Chair.
Jad has a BA in mathematical economics from UC Berkeley, an MBA from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the UC San Diego Digital Arts Center.
